The publication contains the memoirs of 13 people, members of the Legnica branch of the Children of War Association, whose childhoods were marked by the tragedy of World War II. They are illustrated with photographs and other documents serving as valuable family keepsakes. The memoirs cover the period from 1939 to 1945. The publisher is the Trade Union of Copper Industry Workers, and the publication was prepared at the initiative of Sejm deputy Ryszard Zbrzyzny.
The book is not intended for sale. Promotional copies will be available at the meeting.
