The first days of September are a difficult adjustment period for the youngest road users, associated with first-graders starting school and the return to school duties for the remaining pupils.

On 10–11 September, Lubin police officers, together with Cuprum Arena Gallery, prepared preventive and educational activities. The event included theoretical classes for children and young people from Lubin County, covering road traffic regulations, basic road-safety principles and the safety of the youngest road users. In addition, young residents of Lubin learned first-aid principles under the watchful eye of firefighters.

The young people taking part in the activities had the opportunity to learn about the regulations. Every child received a reflective item. For a while, the children could feel like law enforcement officers by sitting behind the wheel of a police car.

An undoubted attraction for the youngest participants was the police mascot, Commissioner Lion, whom they could hug, high-five or pose with for commemorative photos.
