Fifteen teams from the counties of Bolesławiec, Lubań and Zgorzelec took part in the Malva II project.
Malva II featured culinary workshops and a demonstration by Sylwia Biały, a finalist of “Hell’s Kitchen” who cooks on TVP2’s “Pytanie na Śniadanie”, a contest for the best local dish, a photo exhibition titled “Active Women of Mikułowa”, a panel discussion on healthy nutrition led by Mariola Bojarska-Ferenc, and a concert by Kapela Pogranicze and Górnołużyckie Błękitne Kamizelki.
Three teams were awarded in the contest for the best local dish: first place went to the “Wspólnie w Przyszłość” Rural Association from Mikułowa, second place was awarded to the Zaręba Village Council and the Siekierczyn Village Council, while third place went to the Królewska Dolina – Górnołużycki Działoszyn Association.
