The first editions of our event focused mainly on actors and recreating the atmosphere of the 1970s; in subsequent editions, we presented new, independent comedy films. The 12th edition of “Barejada” returns to its beginnings, to the films of our spiritual patron, Stanisław Bareja.

Mr. Stanisław Tym will entertain us from the stage, while Krystyna Podlewska will receive the Honorary “Barejada” Bear. Twenty-four years after the premiere of “Teddy Bear,” Ryszard Ochódzki, the chairman, and Aleksandra Kozeł, his beloved, will meet again. So there will be live laughter, as well as Stanisław Bareja’s best films, from “Wanted: Female” to “Teddy Bear.”
And since this year our event has the subtitle “A Night with Bareja, or the Penultimate Sausage of Count Barry Kent,” there will be something for the body as well as nourishment for the spirit. There will be surprises and contests for the audience. We have nothing to hide; with our heads held high, we can say a firm NO to sausage secret-eaters! And to lovers of good, ever-amusing humor, we extend our traditional secular greeting: May laughter be with you!

Attention!!! During the film marathon, sleeping attendees will be photographed, and their pictures will be made public on the “We Do Not Serve These Customers” board. Buying a ticket to the event is tantamount to consenting to participation in the game.
