Anniversary celebrations, including the MKS OSA Zgorzelec 55th Anniversary Meet, will be held on 5 September. The accompanying event will be the traditional Michał Korda and Jan Krzyżak Memorial.
The sports anniversary programme of Zgorzelec’s track and field athletes will include, among other events, traditional memorial competitions: the women’s and men’s high jump, the women’s 100 m hurdles and the men’s 110 m hurdles. An additional attraction will be a 55 m race held to mark the 55th anniversary. The winner will be the person who completes the distance in exactly 10 seconds.
Moreover, the Board of the OSA Zgorzelec Inter-School Sports Club invites athletes, coaches and associates to a Holy Mass for the club and an anniversary social gathering.
The celebrations of the 55th anniversary of Zgorzelec’s OSA Inter-School Sports Club will not be limited to sport. To mark the anniversary, the Board invites all current and former athletes, officials, associates and supporters to a Holy Mass, which will be celebrated at 4:00 p.m. at St Boniface Church, and to a social gathering, which will take place at 7:00 p.m. at Dom Weselny Czarnecki.
ATTENTION! The cost of participation in the social gathering is PLN 100. The club Board asks everyone wishing to attend the social gathering to make a payment by 28 August 2015 into our bank account:
