On Saturday, TOP Bolesławiec volleyball players played their third match in the IV League competition. Their opponent was Silesia Świebodzice. Unfortunately, our team suffered its third consecutive defeat, losing 2–3 (19–25, 25–27, 25–22, 25–14, 10–15). Despite another loss, our team performed better than in the previous matches, although elements of the game such as setting, coverage deep in the court and serve reception let them down.
The fans saw our players’ best performance by far in the fourth set. Everything worked for the team then: from effective blocks to service aces and attacking points. Sławomir Potocki, Piotr Kozłowski and Jędrzej Dudak stood out on the team. Unfortunately, Bolesławiec played poorly in the final set. Setting errors and several poor receptions contributed to the defeat.
