At the beginning of August, the duty officer at the Police Station in Bogatynia received a report of property damage at the marketplace in Sieniawka. The reporting party stated that the perpetrator had damaged, among other things, a surveillance camera, a lighting lamp and parts of the roof of a commercial stall. The losses were estimated at approximately PLN 1,500.
At the time of his arrest, the man had more than 2 parts per mille of alcohol in his system. He was taken to police custody.
The vandal faces up to 5 years in prison.
