When the police officers arrived at the scene, they saw several people fighting near the establishment. They immediately intervened. At that point, one of the aggressors began to flee. An officer pursued a 37-year-old resident of Lubin and, as he was arresting him, was attacked by another man.

The 37-year-old did not respond to the second police officer’s commands, so the officer ultimately used a stun gun against him. A 36-year-old resident of Lubin, who wanted to free his friend, was also detained.

Other patrols detained two more residents of Lubin—a 33-year-old and a 22-year-old. All those detained put up passive and active resistance, acted aggressively, violated the bodily integrity of the officers and insulted them.

All four face up to three years in prison.
