Eryk Sobków, the BKS Bolesławiec academy graduate currently playing for Zagłębie Lubin, made his Ekstraklasa debut. He came on in the 74th minute of Zagłębie’s 0–2 defeat to Korona Kielce.

Eryk Sobków is 18 years old and came through the BKS academy. At the age of 12, he joined the Miedź Legnica football academy, and from there, despite receiving offers from the Legia Warsaw and Śląsk Wrocław academies, he moved to Zagłębie Lubin. Thanks to his hard work, last season in the I liga our academy graduate became a first-team player for Zagłębie Lubin and also took part in a training camp with Poland’s U-18 national team. His debut at the highest level of football in Poland is another step in the career of the BKS Bolesławiec academy graduate.
