Młodzież Wszechpolska in Lower Silesia established a department at its most recent meeting to combat “German claims and revisionist antics in Lower Silesia.”
The posters appeared on poles and notice boards on the anniversary of the outbreak of World War II. From their content, we learn that Lower Silesia has always been and will always be Polish; that neo-fascists and German revisionists are solely responsible for hatred and conflicts; and that the Młodzież Wszechpolska organisation will put an end to these activities.
Not long ago, Bolesławiec made headlines because of other posters. On 21 July, posters in German appeared on notice poles and bus stops concerning alleged murders that Poles and Czechs had committed against Germans after the war. After several days, it turned out that the anti-Polish posters had been put up by Görlitz city councillor Jurgen Hösl Daum, who belonged to the nationalist DSU party.
