On Friday evening, enthusiasts of stylish two-wheeled machines were in for a real treat. Several hundred fans of the now-legendary Honda Gold Wing motorcycle met in Bolesławiec on Friday (17 July).
The motorcyclists proudly presented their machines in an international parade. Honda enthusiasts arrived from Germany, Russia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ukraine and, of course, Poland. The rumble of the engines and the illuminated decorations delighted the residents of Bolesławiec.
The motorcycle parade stopped at the Market Square. In addition to the Hondas, residents of Bolesławiec could see motorcycles used by the Germans during World War II. The wartime machines could be admired on the green square near the basilica.
