Once again this year, the Lower Silesian police garrison has welcomed new police officers into its ranks. On 7 July 2015, 93 new officers recited the words of the oath of office; four of them will work at the Lubin County Police Headquarters.
The ceremony was attended by the Provincial Police Commander in Wrocław, Superintendent Wojciech Ołdyński. The oath was also witnessed by the commander of the Lubin County Police, Junior Inspector Tomasz Gołaski.
The police service may be performed by:
- a Polish citizen of impeccable reputation who has not been convicted by a final court judgment of a crime or fiscal offence and who enjoys full public rights
- a person with at least secondary education
- a person physically and mentally capable of serving in armed formations subject to special service discipline, to which they are willing to submit.
