Imer CM3 Poland in liquidation has sold the production plant at 60 Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec. The sale included the perpetual usufruct of the plots and ownership of the production hall with its social and technical facilities. The plant at Kościuszki Street was sold to Smulders Groep Poland Sp. z o.o., a company with Dutch capital. The company belongs to a corporate group that already operates production plants in Poland, including Fabryka Konstrukcji Stalowych i Maszyn Spomasz S.A. in Żary.
According to preliminary information provided by the buyer, production—namely large steel structures—is scheduled to begin at the turn of December 2006 and January 2007, due to the need to carry out the necessary renovations and investments.
