On 2 July, shortly after 7:00 a.m., police officers from the prevention department were driving near Wrocławski Park. At one point, they noticed a man standing beside his car. He was calling for help. They quickly drove over to him.
As it turned out, a woman was inside the vehicle. The man informed the officers that his wife was probably experiencing a pre-heart-attack condition. A policewoman from the patrol ran over to the car.
The injured woman complained of severe pain on the left side of her chest, near her heart. The officers assessed the situation and determined that they would reach the hospital faster if the man and his wife followed them. They instructed him on how to safely drive behind an emergency vehicle.
The police officers activated their lights and siren and set off towards the medical facility. They secured intersections and cleared the route. After a few minutes, the woman was already under a doctor's care.
