The incident took place at around 2:25 a.m. Officers received a report of property damage from a security guard at one of Lubin’s shopping centres, who informed the officers which direction the perpetrator had fled.
The man was detained. He turned out to be a 21-year-old resident of Lubin who, at the time of his detention, behaved arrogantly towards the police officers. What is more, he was completely drunk—an alcohol test of his exhaled air showed nearly 3 per mille.
The 21-year-old, who was placed in police custody, faces up to five years in prison.
