The incident occurred at around 9:00 a.m. at the Statoil petrol station near the Łąka motorway interchange. Police officers intervened after a window was smashed in one of the vehicles. During the operation, the officers were assaulted. Two men and two women refused to listen to the police and attacked them. Additional police cars and an ambulance were called to the scene.
In connection with the assault, one man and two women were detained. The second man was not detained because his health condition did not allow it. They are all residents of Bolesławiec.
Police are investigating an active assault on officers.
