The entire incident was recorded by a camera in the car of the driving instructor who was following the motorcyclist taking the test. The truck sped just in front of the startled man's wheels as he was traveling along a road with the right of way. The truck driver did not even stop.
The recording from the instructor's vehicle was sent to the Legnica police headquarters. Officers from the Traffic Department are determining the identity of the truck driver. Once they establish it, they will ask the court to revoke the truck driver's licence. He may also face a fine of up to PLN 5,000.
