Residents of Bolesławiec proclaim the Kingdom of Enclave on Dzień Dobry TVN

Polish tourists, including residents of Bolesławiec—Prime Minister Tomasz Białek and Minister of Science and Charity Bartłomiej Ornowski—proclaimed a new state: the Kingdom of Enclave. It occupies a small area on the border between Serbia and Croatia.

As we read on the “Dzień Dobry TVN” website:

The country has its own flag and currency and has already held its first elections. So far, none of the countries has recognized the Kingdom of Enclave. We invited the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Enclave, Tomasz Białek, and the Minister of Science and Charity of the Kingdom of Enclave, Bartłomiej Ornowski, to Dzień Dobry TVN. What is the history of the territory on which the new state was established? Will the country have its own army? What idea lies behind the creation of the new state? Who will support the ruler of the Kingdom? How many citizens does the state have? Why is Chinese, alongside Polish, an official language?
