Poland’s leading triathletes gathered there to compete in 30-degree heat on a course consisting of three stages. After completing the 600-metre swimming stage, the competitors quickly switched to bicycles, on which they covered 15 km; then came a rapid change of footwear and a 3 km running course.
In this highly demanding sport, Klaudia Petters of Grupa Kolarska Cyklosport Bolesławiec Klaudia Pettersperformed very well, taking second place in the junior category and eighth in the women’s open category.
