There are two routes – one 95-kilometre route running through all the municipalities of Bolesławiec County, and another approximately 40 kilometres long, leading mostly through the Bolesławiec municipality. The small RUNdka with the County will also be the third event in the County Cycling League, organised jointly by the Via Sudetica association and Bolesławiec County.
Mariusz Lickiewicz of Via Sudetica, a co-organiser of the event, wished all the cyclists a clear road ahead. County Governor Dariusz Kwaśniewski said: “We are riding for the third time; ahead of us are about 100 km, just as last year. Let’s ride safely and have fun—the Week with the County is under way. A week ago, we ran this distance; today, we will cycle it.”
And Deputy County Governor Marian Haniszewski announced that next year… he would tackle the longer route of the RUNdka with the County.
The starting point for both distances is the car park on Armii Krajowej Street, at the County’s new headquarters. The longer route began at approximately 9:00 a.m., while cyclists will set off on the shorter route at 11:00 a.m..

Approximately 80 people are taking part in the small RUNdka.
From the morning hours, accompanying activities will be held in the car park by the County Office: presentations by Shimano service technicians and the Xtrabike and Dobre Sklepy Rowerowe shops, demonstrations by the police and fire service, free bicycle marking by the municipal police, and a demonstration of a car rollover simulator.
