The event will begin on Thursday and run until Saturday. As every year, a loud drum parade will march through the city streets, and drum concerts will be held every evening throughout the festival.
As is now traditional, the festival will comprise three strands: competition (a drum kit and snare drum playing competition), workshops (master classes led by outstanding drummers), and the festival program (concerts showcasing the various faces of drumming). The venues for the rhythmic performances will be the Music School Complex in the Knights' Academy, the PWSZ dormitory on Mickiewicza Street, Najświętszej Marii Panny Street, the Market Square, and the Lapidarium of the Copper Museum.
