Until now, tenants who purchased an apartment at a low price had to pay the market price for their share in the land. Now, however, thanks to the discount, the price of the land will be as much as 90% lower. These favorable conditions apply both to those who submitted applications to purchase an apartment while the 5% discount was in effect and to those who are only now deciding to do so.
Equally favorable conditions will apply to the sale of cooperative apartments. Those wishing to purchase such an apartment will pay only 5% of the land’s price.
