This year, coaching workshops and sessions are being organized in Legnica for the first time, at the prestigious Letia Business Center. The event is also partnered by the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica.
Two workshops will be held in Legnica, united by coaching as an effective development tool.
- The career coaching workshop will take place on Tuesday, 19 May, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica, 5 Sejmowa Street, Building C, Room 103a (details in the registration confirmation email): the training is only for students and graduates of the Legnica State Higher Vocational School
- The coaching workshop for entrepreneurs will take place on Thursday, 21 May, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Letia Business Center, Nox Room, 24 Rycerska Street, Legnica

The “Coaching for Entrepreneurs” workshop is intended for owners of companies in the SME sector who want to plan development activities for their businesses, as well as those responsible for effectively implementing changes in an organization. Students and graduates of the State Higher Vocational School in Legnica are invited to the second workshop, whose main topic will be career coaching. It is for everyone who wants to define their professional goals effectively and plan actions to achieve them based on their strengths.
The workshop leader, Ilona Wargacka, is an ACC ICF-accredited coach, certified trainer and business practitioner, communications trainer, experienced manager and company owner for many years.
She has experience in customer service and direct sales, team building and executing planned budgets. As a branch director at a publishing company, she was responsible for meeting sales targets, promotion, marketing and financing the branch.
On a daily basis, she specializes in areas relevant to entrepreneurs: business financing, regulations related to costs and accounting, hiring—including foreign nationals—and human resources, maintaining a company’s cash flow, and developing strategies for new projects.
Drawing on her experience, she specializes in coaching entrepreneurs—owners and management staff—in preparing a company’s mission, vision and resulting development strategy. She supports her clients in maintaining motivation while pursuing their goals.
