It was a residential building in an unfinished state. In the garage, they found 921 kg of dried tobacco, 171 kg of tobacco prepared for further distribution, two machines for cutting the plant, an electronic scale, preparations and liquids used to moisten and flavour the tobacco, and 32 empty cartons previously containing dried tobacco.
In addition, almost 553 litres of ethyl alcohol with an average strength of 87% were found in one of the rooms. The value of the seized goods exceeds PLN 540,000; had they reached the market, the State Treasury could have lost nearly half a million złotys.
The case is being handled by the Investigative Division of the Customs Office in Wałbrzych.
