The contractor for the works is Sudeckie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych from Jelenia Góra. The total value of the project is PLN 689,936. The funds come from the city budget.
Construction work lasted from September 2014. The scope of the works included, among other things, the construction of a 415-metre-long one-way pedestrian and vehicle route, as well as a 75-metre technological road.
As part of the project, a street-lighting cable line, 16 lighting points and a stormwater drainage system were installed.
