Dear Sir or Madam

A MEMORIAL ROOM dedicated to Siberian exiles and Kresy residents is being established at Gimnazjum Samorządowe No. 2 named after Poles Deported to Siberia. We are therefore collecting memorabilia connected with deportations to Siberia and the Kresy. We kindly ask you to donate or lend materials that could enrich our collection. The ceremonial opening of the MEMORIAL ROOM will take place on 12 June 2015, during the 5th National Congress of Directors of Schools and Institutions and Presidents of Associations Bearing Names Commemorating Siberian Deportees.

We sincerely thank everyone who contributes to creating this collection. Let us not allow memorabilia of our history to be irretrievably lost. Please deliver materials to the school library between 8:00 and 14:00 or to the school secretary's office between 8:00 and 15:00.
