On Saturday, April 25, BKS hosted LKS Stary Śleszów. The Bolesławiec side appeared in new Adidas kits. The kits were funded by Michał Lis – owner of Auto Fox – a transport and forwarding company.
The visitors started the match better. During the opening 15 minutes, the away side imposed its style of play and had a clear advantage. However, this did not result in any goals. What is more, the first goal was scored in the 25th minute by Kacper Wojciechowski, giving the hosts a 1–0 lead. The Bolesławiec side did not enjoy the advantage for long, as just a minute later the referee awarded the visitors a penalty and Radosław Iwan equalized. The score remained 1–1 until the 40th minute. Kacper Wojciechowski then scored again, making it 2–1 for BKS.
The Bolesławiec side began the second half by extending its lead. In the 46th minute, following an individual effort, Marcin Kraśnicki made it 3–1. The visitors did not give up, however, and fought determinedly for a goal to close the gap. They succeeded in the 67th minute, when Kacper Kaczmarek put the ball into the BKS net following a set piece. With 15 minutes remaining, the referee showed Bartosz Stępień a second yellow card, and the visitors had to continue with 10 men. Despite being a player down, the Stary Śleszów side continued to fight and created several dangerous chances. But the final word in the match belonged to Andrzej Kisiel’s players. In the 85th minute, the referee sent Jakub Dudziak off for a foul on Radosław Pawlusiński, leaving the visitors to finish the match with nine players. Two minutes later, BKS took advantage of the opponents’ double numerical disadvantage, with Marek Dudka scoring to set the final result at 4–2. In the next round, the Bolesławiec side will play away against league leaders Miedź II Legnica.
