The BKS Bobrzanie footballers travelled to Bogatynia to face the local Granica side with a very depleted squad. Emmanuel Ohagwu was missing from the team through injury. Jacek Bochnia and Piotr Dzięgleski were also absent from the squad for this match. Meanwhile, Michał Kapusz and Daniel Ziółkowski were forced to sit out after previously receiving red cards.

Despite the squad problems, Andrzej Kisiel’s players performed decently and earned a valuable point on difficult ground. The home side scored both goals in the match. In the 31st minute, the BKS goalkeeper was beaten by a header from Jewgen Sawczuk. Radosław Pawlusiński and Marcin Kraśnicki had scoring opportunities for BKS, but neither managed to beat Marcin Gawlik.

In the 75th minute, Marcin Kraśnicki shot towards the Granica goal. The ball’s flight was changed by Mariusz Omelański, surprising his own goalkeeper in the process. In the second half, Marek Dudka could also have tried to score, but instead of taking a shot, the BKS player opted to pass, with nothing coming of it. Towards the end of the match, the home side also had their chances, but the score did not change. Granica Bogatynia – BKS Bobrzanie 1–1 (1–0).
