The man was last seen on 11 April 2015, at approximately 10:15 a.m., at the bus stop on Wolności Street in Jelenia Góra, level with the hospital on Żeromskiego Street, where he boarded a PKS bus to Szklarska Poręba. He has not returned and has not contacted his family.

The missing man is 170 cm tall, has blue eyes, a straight nose and short, graying hair. He is slim.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a navy-blue summer jacket with a zip fastening; black jeans; a navy-blue long-sleeved sweatshirt; a short-sleeved white-and-red checked shirt; and black sports shoes.
