A driver reported to the Lubin police duty officer that, while driving his car near the intersection of Paderewskiego and Komisji Edukacji Narodowej streets, he recorded with his camera a series of offences committed by another road user. The driver handed the recording over to the police.
After analysing the footage, Lubin police officers identified several offences, including overtaking at a pedestrian crossing, failing to comply with road sign P-4 (double solid line) and driving in the lane intended for traffic travelling in the opposite direction.
The resident of Lubin County was fined PLN 400 for the offences. In addition, 15 penalty points will be added to her record.
