The incident took place on Tuesday, 7 April, at approximately 4:15 p.m., on Sobieszowska Street in Jelenia Góra. According to the officers' preliminary findings, a 20-year-old Mercedes driver hit an 11-year-old boy who most likely ran onto the road.
The boy was taken to hospital. The driver responsible for the accident was sober. Police are determining the cause of the incident.
