BKS Bobrzanie’s footballers gave their supporters a pleasant pre-Christmas present. In the 19th round of the fourth-division competition, BKS defeated KS Polkowice 3:2 (1:1) away from home. The hosts started the match better, taking the lead in the first minute. The Bolesławiec team were not discouraged by the early goal and consistently sought to make up the deficit. They succeeded a quarter of an hour before the end of the first half. Then, following a corner, Marcin Kraśnicki headed the ball into the net to make it 1:1.
After the break, BKS took the lead thanks to a goal by Piotr Dzięgleski, who accurately struck from a free kick. A moment later, Polkowice equalised, but the final word in the match belonged to the players of Andrzej Kisiel. Radosław Pawlusiński set the final score at 3:2 for the Bolesławiec team. The victory is all the more pleasing because Michał Kapusz was shown a red card in the 68th minute, and the Bolesławiec team finished the match with 10 men.
BKS: Janiczak - Wakulski, Zapiór, Kapusz (68' red card), Janicki, Bochnia, Kosior (85' Dudka), Kraśnicki (yellow card), Wojciechowski (68' Długosz), Dzięgleski (yellow card), Pawlusiński (yellow card) (75' Ziółkowski).
