In both everyday and professional life, the evening is the calmest time, when everyone can reflect on the passing day, focus on themselves and spend time with their loved ones.
In spiritual life, too, the evening becomes an opportunity for reconciliation with God, to experience His Mercy and closeness and to celebrate the approaching feast of Christ’s Resurrection with a pure heart.
Therefore, five Jelenia Góra parishes decided to join the nationwide Night of Confessionals campaign (www.nockonfesjonalow.pl), enabling everyone to receive the sacrament of confession from 3 to 4 April 2015.
The sacrament of penance and reconciliation will be administered in the following parishes:
- Parish of Our Lady Queen of Poland and St Francis of Assisi (Morcinka Street) – 8:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
- Parish of St Adalbert (Moniuszki Street, ZABOBRZE) – 8:00–11:00 p.m.
- Parish of St Erasmus and St Pancras (Kościelny Square) – 8:00 p.m.–midnight
- Parish of St John the Baptist (Cieplicka Street, CIEPLICE) – 8:00 p.m.–midnight
- Parish of Our Lady of Mercy (PCK Street, CIEPLICE) – 8:00 p.m.–midnight.
