If someone’s behaviour makes you uneasy—for example, someone is checking whether residents are at home or looking into parked vehicles—or if you witness a crime or offence, don’t wait: call!
Thieves become active during the hours when most of us are at work, or at night. They walk around, sound people out and check which flats have no residents. They usually test their neighbours’ vigilance beforehand as well. If you see someone like this, call! You do not have to provide your personal details; simply inform the police of your observations by calling 997 or 112.
