The incident took place on Sunday, February 22 this year, at around 9:00 a.m. The 38-year-old man was pushed and knocked to the ground, after which three perpetrators kicked him all over his body. When they had rendered the victim defenseless, they took his wallet containing PLN 1,000, as well as his documents and bank cards.
The aggressors were detained. They are Chojnów residents aged between 30 and 36. One of them had previously been convicted of robbery.
The detainees were placed in police custody. They face up to 12 years in prison.
