An open written tender for granting perpetual usufruct of the property was held on 8 June. The plot covers 9,875 m². It is located in Bolesławiec in the area of Łokietka, Zgorzelecka and Górne Młyny streets. The asking price for the property was PLN 3.5 million. One bid was submitted by the "JAN" Sandstone Mine, Jan Cołokidzi, and P.P. Hemax, Henryk Guzik.
The tender committee accepted the bid together with the proposal. The offered price was PLN 4.1 million. The initial fee is PLN 982,970, and the price for the buildings is PLN 168,100. A service, retail and residential centre is to be built on the plot.
