The man—despite the safety measures we wrote about in October last year—climbed onto the Bolesławiec Millennium Cross once again. The latest incident took place on February 28. This time, the 56-year-old appeared on the cross at around 8:30 p.m. And, as before, he came down from the structure on his own. Police negotiators persuaded the man to descend. The services remained on standby until 2:45 a.m. Only then did the 56-year-old decide to come down. As usual, the man was taken to a psychiatric hospital for observation.
In the comments, you can write what should be done to avoid such unnecessary emergency-service call-outs.
