The Mayor of Nowogrodziec Robert Relich signed an agreement with the director of the Independent Public Healthcare Facility Marcin Krzywdziński on granting a targeted subsidy to partially cover the costs of renovating the Community Clinic in Nowogrodziec. The Independent Public Healthcare Facility will receive financial assistance from the Gmina amounting to PLN 40,000.

The subsidy for the Independent Public Healthcare Facility in Nowogrodziec was made possible by a budget amendment adopted by the councillors of the Nowogrodziec Municipal Council. As we read on the Nowogrodziec municipal office’s website:

Unfortunately, some councillors did not support the subsidy application and abstained from voting. They included: Katarzyna Kiecenka, Aneta Bochenek, Artur Kozioł and Barbara Wójtowicz.

The purpose of the project is to adapt the clinic’s registration area so that it can receive a larger number of patients and operate in an electronic system. To carry out the project, demolition work, alterations to installations, masonry work, ceramic tile work and the installation of sanitary fixtures will be performed, among other tasks. The estimated value of the investment is PLN 46,000. The contractor is a company from Rząsiny.

The renovation currently under way is expected to significantly improve the quality of patient service, including through telephone registration, and shorten the waiting time to see a doctor.
