Officers are currently investigating whether the detained 42-year-old’s stepdaughter was also a victim of physical and psychological abuse.
At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court ordered preventive detention for three months.
Physical or psychological abuse is punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.
