On Saturday, the sixth edition of the neighborhood football tournament was held on the Osiedle Kwiatowe pitch. This year, the popular Kwiatoliga brought together as many as 19 teams. In the primary school category, Błękitne Archanioły won with the following lineup: Piotr Sabadasz, Kamil Kulesza, Damian Gołąb, Mateusz Sabadasz, Mateusz Mrozik, Patryk Walski, Piotr Cieśla and Radosław Zielonka. The Withes came second, while Atomówki finished third. Piotr Cieśla was the tournament’s top scorer with 7 goals. Kamil Kulesza was named the best goalkeeper. Both play for Błękitne Archanioły.
In the lower secondary school category, first place went to FC Wino Dobre Reaktywacja, whose lineup consisted of: Michał Warężak, Paweł Hwaszc, Mateusz Pabisz, Paweł Górecki, Piotr Kopeć and Paweł Olchowa. Płonące Wibratory and Czarne Konie took the next places. Mateusz Pabisz (FC Wino Dobre Reaktywacja), who scored 3 goals, was the top scorer. Marek Siudak (Złote Sandały) was named the best goalkeeper.
Jarosław Molenda organized the Kwiatoliga and funded the main prize: a trip to a first-division match in Lubin. BKS and MOSiR helped organize the event. In-kind prizes were funded by the City Office, Firma Usługi Dekarskie Rafał Tomczyk and Lumex.
