The driver, a 33-year-old resident of Lubusz Voivodeship, was stopped. While travelling along the motorway towards Olszyna, on a section where the speed limit is 110 km/h, the man was driving his BMW at over 210 km/h, while also occupying... two lanes. The police decided to refer the case to court and confiscate the 33-year-old’s driving licence.
As officers established, the driver had already received 19 penalty points in the past few months, including as many as 15 in a single incident. The man had been repeatedly recorded for exceeding the speed limit.
