The competition responds to real problems and threats occurring among young people. It refers to nationwide campaigns aimed at limiting the sale of alcohol to minors and combating drug addiction.
The project’s main objective is to engage young people in preventive activities, provide students with knowledge and skills to help them cope with difficult situations, and show the destructive effects of consuming alcohol, taking drugs or using other psychoactive substances. It also aims to raise awareness of and help identify the risks of reaching for alcohol or drugs at an early age, develop the ability to say “no” in response to peer pressure, and promote responsibility for oneself and one’s decisions.
Legnica Municipal Police invites all secondary schools in Legnica to participate in the competition. The condition for participation is submitting a written application by 11 May 2015 and sending a short film/spot on a CD/DVD. The competition final will take place on 29 May at 9:00 a.m. in the Helios cinema auditorium in Legnica. Valuable prizes are предусмотрed for the winners.
