The detention took place at one of Bolesławiec’s marketplaces. The 65-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was caught red-handed. The man stored the illegal tobacco in three unusual places so as not to arouse the suspicions of passers-by.
In total, the officers seized 5 kilograms of tobacco. The officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case, including where the illegal goods came from.
The 65-year-old may face up to 3 years in prison.
