The incident occurred on February 12, after 9:00 p.m. The Lubin police duty officer received information from a Lubin resident that an unknown man had broken into his apartment.
The suspect knocked on the door for a long time, but the Lubin resident decided not to open it because of the late hour. However, the knocking did not stop. The intruder became increasingly aggressive and, after some time, forced the door open and began grappling with the apartment's owner. The victim fled and notified the police. And the aggressor... took off his clothes and went to sleep.
At the time of his arrest, the vandal had nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in his system. The 45-year-old Lubin resident, who will be held responsible for damaging property, faces up to five years in prison.
