The incident occurred on Friday, February 13, at the intersection of Cieszkowskiego and Modłowa streets in Bolesławiec. A moped and a Renault passenger car collided. The elderly man riding the scooter was taken to hospital. The Renault was driven by a woman.

The car was driven by a 39-year-old woman from Bolesławiec; the injured man is a 75-year-old from Okmiany. Both were sober.
The incident was classified as a collision. The case will be decided in court.
