The incident took place on January 27 this year in one of the bars in Jelenia Góra. An argument broke out between people attending the event. One of those involved was a 35-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra, who at one point smashed a window in anger and left.
The bar owner notified the police and estimated the damage at PLN 1,500.
The man was arrested. He faces up to five years in prison.
