My name is Łukasz Sadleja, and I am 25 years old. After a car accident when I was two, my optic nerve was damaged as a result of a craniotomy. I cannot see with my right eye, and I also have strabismus in it, which I want to correct. The surgery is quite expensive, and I am unable to deal with this problem on my own. Strabismus surgery for adults involving one muscle costs PLN 2,200, plus the costs of tests, anaesthesia, etc. But I think I can manage those costs.
