A report prepared by the Polish Football Association assessed and ranked the stadiums and football clubs of the Ekstraklasa and the first and second divisions. On a scale of 1 to 6, our stadium received a very high score of 5.06.
The Legnica stadium, where Miedź Legnica plays its first-division matches, is very welcoming and safe, with excellent infrastructure, a high standard of organisation and efficient supporter services. In the first division, only Arka Gdynia’s venue ranked higher.
The report was prepared by the Department of Event Organisation, Safety and Infrastructure of the Polish Football Association. In total, more than 1,200 individual reports formed the basis of the PZPN’s summary of the 2013/14 season. The assessment covered everything from entering the stadium car park and the conditions provided in the stands to spectators’ behaviour and cooperation with the authorities.
The clubs’ work was assessed in a dozen or so areas, and the best performers were identified on the basis of these evaluations. Details at www.stadiony.net.
