The incident began on January 21, at around 10:40 p.m., in the Przylesie housing estate in Lubin. Emergency medical service workers notified the police duty officer that the woman they were assisting medically was starting fights.

Police officers took the aggressive 39-year-old woman to a police car. At first, the woman behaved calmly. She was taken to the police station in Lubin. There, however, she started shouting again and insulting the police officers. She hit one of them in the face.

She now faces up to three years in prison.
