Jelenia Góra police officers, together with officers from the Road Transport Inspection, conducted a “Truck and Bus” operation on the city’s roads. The officers inspected 67 vehicles. They seized 26 registration certificates (due to poor technical condition) and issued 46 fines (for failure to wear seat belts, speeding and technical defects).
In recent years, the number of accidents involving buses and heavy goods vehicles has risen sharply. The preventive “Truck and Bus” operation aims to improve the safety of road users.
